Description

  • Support Remote’s talent scaling needs, especially for Engineering hiring.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to keep hiring efforts on track.
  • Own and improve the candidate experience from first contact through offer.
  • Reduce time between the first recruiter call and offer stage.
  • Track hiring metrics and report progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Act as an advocate for Remote’s values and remote-first culture throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuously improve and scale recruiting processes and strategy.
  • Partner with the Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Share best practices and develop subject-matter expertise in the role.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech startup or fast-growing scale-up.
  • Previous experience as a technical recruiter hiring engineering profiles, including backend and frontend developers and engineering managers.
  • Ability to handle high-volume applications while maintaining quality and a diverse hiring pipeline.
  • Strong track record in a fast-paced hiring environment with a focus on delivery.
  • Strong commitment to excellent candidate experience.
  • Alignment with Remote’s values and interest in hiring exceptional talent globally.
  • Ambition and intent to improve diversity and inclusion, including hiring in new locations.
  • Experience working with and optimizing a talent acquisition stack such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, and GoodTime, plus adopting new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience with automation and AI capabilities in role requirements, as referenced by Remote’s hiring approach.
  • Willingness to submit an application and CV in English, with a PDF CV preferred.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible for an EMEA-based role.
