Description

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter for high-value B2B target accounts.
  • Own audience architecture, including building ICP audiences in Clay, managing exclusion lists, and using intent data and predictive audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across awareness, retargeting, and demand generation in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Conduct daily pacing checks, performance audits, and ongoing ad copy and creative testing to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Partner with creative teams to build a creative testing roadmap and align assets with platform best practices.
  • Manage creative refresh cadences, including updating assets every 3-4 weeks.
  • Ensure conversion tracking is implemented correctly, including CAPI/X Pixel integration and UTM architecture.
  • Support accurate measurement and ROI attribution across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and pipeline performance across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, including management of multi-million-dollar paid social budgets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with B2B marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Proven experience with audience segmentation, spend scaling, and complex B2B full-funnel campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in UTM architecture, conversion tracking installation, and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience in a B2B tech environment targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to submit an application and CV in English.
  • Preferred experience with intent data and predictive audiences.
  • Preferred experience working across multiple geographies and global markets.
