Description

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns end to end.
  • Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, placements, bidding, budgets, and daily optimization.
  • Scale ad spend profitably while monitoring CAC and adjusting spend based on performance signals.
  • Develop and test targeting strategies for parents, youth athletes, and educators using lookalikes, interest stacks, and broad audiences.
  • Create structured creative testing frameworks and brief the creative team on new ad concepts.
  • Test creative variations and apply learnings to future campaign iterations.
  • Own performance reporting for spend, CAC, ROAS, sign-ups, and downstream engagement.
  • Present results, insights, and recommendations in weekly marketing reviews.
  • Stay current on Meta algorithm updates, new ad formats, attribution changes, and policy shifts.
  • Adapt campaign strategy proactively when platform changes affect performance.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience running Meta Ads as a primary job responsibility.
  • Proven track record of scaling ad spend from smaller budgets to larger budgets while maintaining performance.
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign budget optimization, Advantage+ campaigns, conversions API, pixel setup, custom conversions, and attribution windows.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative iteration, copywriting, audience research, or reporting.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to evaluate whether an ad concept will perform before launch.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build reporting views, identify meaningful metrics, and explain results clearly.
  • Remote work location.
  • Preferred experience in consumer apps, K-12 products, edtech, games, or similar audience-driven products.
  • Preferred familiarity with Google, TikTok, or YouTube advertising as part of a broader paid media mix.
  • Portfolio, case studies, or publicly discussable accounts that demonstrate relevant work and results.
  • Preferred experience producing or directing short-form video ads and iterating on video creative.
