Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value proposition to prospects and assess fit based on their needs.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through handoff to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from outside sources.
  • Identify key decision-makers, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Proven business development success using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening ability and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while staying resilient to criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong urgency, self-starter mentality, and proactive approach to generating new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Remote work experience is not required, but is considered a plus.
