Description

  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support the SEA hunter team in exceeding goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices.
  • Help team members define career paths and support their growth and advancement.
  • Build and refine a scalable, measurable, and predictable sales process.
  • Identify improvements in the sales cycle that align with Remote’s mission and core values.
  • Partner with senior sales management, marketing, and other business partners to iterate on GTM strategy.
  • Prioritize prospective accounts, establish consistent sales metrics and practices, and maintain forecast hygiene and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance on sales tools and how they work together to support growth and process improvement.
  • Manage performance reviews to ensure goals, expectations, and development plans are aligned.
  • Provide weekly and quarterly reporting on pipeline, wins and losses, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record mentoring direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices.
  • Experience fostering cross-functional alignment and coordination across teams and functional groups.
  • Consistent ability to deliver against targets and achieve team goals sustainably.
  • Experience refining scalable, measurable, and predictable team processes.
  • Experience with tools used for the Account Executive function and Salesforce knowledge.
  • Proven track record of hiring and developing a growing team of geographically distributed Account Executives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, including startups.
  • Proven ability to grow a global team with high standards for success and career advancement.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute functionally.
  • Experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives focused on net new business hunting.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is not required, but is considered a plus.
  • Experience managing Account Executives across South East Asia, South Asia, and Greater China is an advantage.
