Description

  • Lead a team of Sales Engineers across the Americas region.
  • Recruit, hire, and enable top Sales Engineers as coverage expands.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to regional sales teams.
  • Help customers and prospects build technology solutions.
  • Analyze, design, and develop fully integrated technology solutions.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Rubrik products, distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in cloud and NAS markets.
  • Serve as a technical expert and trusted technology advisor to customers.
  • Deliver technical and sales presentations to technical staff and senior management.
  • Build relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
  • Engage corporate resources, budgets, and personnel as needed to support the region.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales engineering management experience.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure environments working with AWS, Azure, and GCP preferred.
  • Broad technical knowledge of cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
  • Experience working with CxO-level stakeholders and translating technology into business solutions.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls and demos per day with immediate follow-up.
  • Driven, highly energetic, and hands-on with a strong can-do approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and resourceful, get-it-done attitude.
  • Smart, adaptable, and open-minded.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $135,600 to $216,600 USD.
  • Eligible to earn commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Eligible for company benefits.
  • Remote work designation (#LI-REMOTE).
