Description

  • Partner with new PEO clients to create tailored implementation plans for payroll setup, benefits enrollment, state tax registrations, and HR compliance onboarding.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process, including milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate wage-based reconciliations to support accurate parallel payroll runs.
  • Guide clients through Remote’s PEO platform and co-employment processes to drive adoption of tools and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, Support, and Operations to ensure smooth hand-offs and issue resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, teammates, supervisors, and vendors in alignment with company values.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams to improve onboarding workflows, surface product gaps, and enhance scalability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of PEO implementation best practices, tooling, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within a fast-paced SaaS PEO environment.
  • Familiarity with co-employment structures, payroll tax obligations, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client timelines.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills with a proactive client guidance approach.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Product, and Operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Ability to work independently while taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to work in a MacBook Pro environment.
  • Comfort working asynchronously.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Monday.com, Notion, Slack, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Worklio is a plus.
