Description

  • Analyze deposit, withdrawal, and payment histories to identify anomalies, suspicious behavior, and operational errors.
  • Review high-value and high-risk transactions in real time and make evidence-based approval or decline decisions.
  • Identify fraud indicators, chargeback risks, payment method abuse, and deposit-to-withdrawal mismatches.
  • Investigate failed, pending, unusual, and declined transactions across payment methods.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple urgent cases based on risk severity and financial impact.
  • Maintain structured, audit-ready documentation of cases, decisions, and risk actions.
  • Distinguish fraud from configuration gaps, gateway failures, and payment provider issues.
  • Provide feedback on operational friction, missing rules, and risk-system logic gaps.
  • Communicate findings and interventions to Finance, Support, Technology, and Fraud teams, escalating complex cases when needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in payment operations, transaction monitoring, billing, fraud prevention, or risk operations in FinTech, iGaming, or e-commerce.
  • Practical knowledge of transactional risk analysis, deposit and withdrawal flows, transaction statuses, and chargeback exposure.
  • Experience using alert-based risk consoles, analytical tools, or payment back-office systems in high-volume environments.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent, high-value alerts according to financial impact.
  • Confident, decisive judgment when making high-stakes decisions under pressure.
  • Clear cross-team communication skills for explaining risk rationale and documenting decisions.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
  • Experience with alternative payment methods and crypto payment rails across regions (preferred).
  • Basic SQL or advanced Excel/data-tool skills, plus experience with PSPs and acquiring banks (preferred).
