Description

  • Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll processing, discrepancies, and platform usage.
  • Respond to customers via email, chat, phone, and other channels within SLA targets.
  • Diagnose payroll issues by gathering information from available tools, documentation, and customer inputs.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members through defined workflows.
  • Document issue details, actions taken, and resolution steps clearly in support systems.
  • Provide timely status updates and resolution timelines to customers.
  • Clarify payroll process and platform questions in customer-friendly language.
  • Follow internal workflows, support documentation, and operational guidelines consistently.
  • Identify recurring issues or documentation gaps and raise them to improve team efficiency.
  • Build payroll knowledge and learn payroll rules and compliance considerations in supported regions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a support, coordination, or customer service role, or similar experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured operational processes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work from Saturday through Wednesday on a fixed weekly schedule, including weekends.
  • Location in the EMEA region.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote, async environment.
  • Willingness to learn payroll processes, systems, and regulations.
  • Experience handling tickets and meeting individual KPIs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll concepts, support workflows, or payroll compliance is preferred.
