Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across global teams, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with technical hiring managers to define role requirements, team needs, and key hiring criteria.
  • Source and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, AI/ML communities, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen candidates for technical depth and culture fit.
  • Coordinate take-home assessments, technical interviews, and system design or ML-specific evaluation stages.
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and closing to deliver a strong candidate experience.
  • Use data and recruiting metrics to improve sourcing strategy, pipeline health, and time-to-hire.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives for technical and AI/ML audiences, including tech talks, hackathons, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, international, or start-up environments.
  • Proven track record hiring for software engineering, AI, ML, and Data Science roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, AngelList, and relevant AI/ML communities.
  • Familiarity with technical assessment formats, including take-home tasks, live coding sessions, system design rounds, and ML model evaluation interviews.
  • Experience with ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with technical leaders.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures.
