Description

  • Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche job boards.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and manage candidate engagement.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and support hiring needs.
  • Promote employer branding and leverage employee referrals in sourcing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Lever).
  • Track sourcing metrics such as response rates and pipeline conversion.
  • Report on sourcing effectiveness and contribute to process improvements.
  • Ensure sourcing and candidate handling practices comply with GDPR and other relevant privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on sourcing experience in tech startups or scale-ups.
  • Experience with remote and/or international hiring, ideally in cross-time-zone environments.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms like Lever or Greenhouse, and Hunter.io.
  • Strong Boolean search skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Experience tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing outreach performance.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic startup environment with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with global compliance requirements such as GDPR and remote-first cultures.
  • Scale-up experience is preferred.
