Description

  • Implement new AI features in RemoFirst products.
  • Build tools and frameworks that augment the capabilities of LLMs and VLMs.
  • Develop AI automations and AI agents.
  • Fine-tune AI models and maintain models using the HuggingFace toolkit.
  • Monitor model performance and improve reliability over time.
  • Work with internal teams to design and build custom datasets.
  • Research, prototype, and test AI-driven concepts from proof of concept to MVP to production.
  • Evaluate internal and external solutions and run experiments to identify potential improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in the AI/ML space.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with language models.
  • Strong software engineering background with Python.
  • Rust experience is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with AI ecosystem tools such as ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, guardrails, and AI agents.
  • Understanding of neural networks and Transformer architecture.
  • Track record of taking ideas from prototype to production in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in an R&D department is highly valued.
  • Experience with other modalities such as vision or audio is a nice-to-have.
