Description

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with relevant providers, associations, and organizations.
  • Support the negotiation, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate partnership lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and renewal.
  • Organize and oversee partnership-led initiatives and events, both in person and virtually.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners.
  • Identify and secure new business development relationships aligned with RemoFirst’s target market.
  • Formalize business development agreements that generate referrals to RemoFirst.
  • Build long-term relationships with established businesses serving a similar client demographic.
  • Maximize referral opportunities through relationships, referrals, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and deliver joint events and engagement activities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales and/or partnerships.
  • Experience running sequences.
  • Must be based in the U.S. for travel purposes and able to travel from time to time.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable presenting and networking.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excitement to own and build the partnership function.
  • Outgoing relationship builder who can collaborate consistently and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in payroll or HR tech is preferred.
