Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback loops, and offers.
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition scaling efforts.
  • Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and hiring managers to support onboarding.
  • Collect feedback and help improve the onboarding experience.
  • Partner with the People team on engagement, feedback, and culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, or up to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR; internships count.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records and compliant processes.
  • Genuine interest in people and candidate and employee experience.
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultural contexts in an international environment.
  • Basic familiarity with ATS tools such as Lever, Workable, or similar HR software (nice to have).
  • Exposure to a startup or fast-paced environment, including through internships or academic projects (nice to have).
  • Awareness of EOR (Employment of Record) or global hiring practices.
