Description

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers using provided leads.
  • Engage qualified prospects over the phone and close deals.
  • Follow a proven sales process with step-by-step scripts to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Track and perform against key metrics including phone time, outbound dials, and sales results.
  • Participate in a paid, instructor-led virtual training program.
  • Work with supportive leaders and operate within a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

  • 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST on weekdays.
  • Must be able to work without night or weekend shifts.
  • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet connection.
  • Must reside in one of the approved states: FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV.
  • Top-performing sales professional with a track record of consistently exceeding quota in a competitive, high-volume environment.
  • Comfort making a large volume of outbound calls and closing deals by phone.
  • Ability to follow structured sales scripts and processes.
  • Preferred: experience in a performance-driven remote sales environment.
