Description

  • Deliver daily product and service presentations to prospects and customers.
  • Close service agreements and collect all required signatures and customer information.
  • Complete and submit credit, installation, and contract documentation according to company standards.
  • Collect deposits and/or the first lease payment when applicable.
  • Perform installation site evaluations to confirm feasibility, safety, efficiency, and any additional equipment or material needs.
  • Ensure all closed deals follow management-approved pricing and contract terms.
  • Prepare accurate quotes aligned with customer needs.
  • Maintain ongoing customer communication and contact assigned customers at least once every four months.
  • Document all activities, interactions, and opportunities in Salesforce on a daily basis.
  • Check the CRM daily for appointments, assigned prospects, and pending tasks.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and keep records current and accurate.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager on offers, price changes, and contract term approvals.
  • Attend required virtual meetings and in-person month-end close meetings.
  • Review all documentation before submitting it for processing.
  • Follow health and safety rules, use personal protective equipment at all times, and report risks, accidents, or incidents immediately.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Field Sales Representative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Salesforce platform knowledge preferred.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented attitude.
