Description

  • Design, build, and maintain centralized endpoint management systems using Intune and Jamf.
  • Establish global workstation standards, configuration baselines, and performance optimizations for macOS and Windows fleets.
  • Manage the hardware and endpoint software deployment lifecycle across the global workforce.
  • Drive zero-touch provisioning and streamlined onboarding and offboarding using Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
  • Implement automated application packaging, software distribution, and OS patch management.
  • Enforce endpoint security baselines, device encryption, and vulnerability remediation in partnership with SecOps.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint, browser configuration, and integration issues.
  • Analyze root causes and recommend long-term technical resolutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align endpoint technology with corporate objectives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance records for the endpoint ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT technical role supporting enterprise endpoint applications and management solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Windows and macOS hardware and operating systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
  • Solid understanding of identity providers and SaaS platforms, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Terminal Server (WTS), Cloud PCs, or virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
  • PowerShell scripting skills to automate tasks and configurations.
  • Hands-on experience automating manual tasks using APIs.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple business-critical projects across teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Jira.
  • Experience managing business applications using Azure Mobile Application Management (MAM).
  • Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, Cyberhaven, and Okta Verify.
  • Nice to have: Citrix desktop virtualization experience.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
  • Nice to have: experience with custom reporting or automated workflows in business systems.
  • Nice to have: Tier 1/2 support experience.
  • Nice to have: Jamf 200 and Microsoft Intune (MD-102) certification.
  • Nice to have: Bash or Python for macOS management.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Rovo, and Copilot Studio.
