Description

  • Support the rollout of SSO and automated user provisioning across fintech platforms and financial data systems.
  • Build and maintain automation for cloud infrastructure, server instances, and on-premise networks in a regulated environment.
  • Administer and improve Microsoft 365 products to support collaboration and regulated workflows.
  • Support migration of files to OneDrive and SharePoint while maintaining governance and retention requirements.
  • Enhance UEM and MDM practices to protect sensitive financial data across endpoints.
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures.
  • Help define and track KPIs for critical financial services and infrastructure health.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Microsoft 365 and core infrastructure SEV1/SEV2 incidents.
  • Support IAM initiatives, including RBAC for internal financial applications.
  • Assist with vulnerability assessments and patch management cycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365, SaaS, PaaS, and cloud environments.
  • Experience supporting cloud data centers and PC infrastructure in a regulated or security-conscious environment.
  • MCSE or Enterprise Administrator Expert certification required.
  • Security-focused certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or AZ-500 are a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with fintech or financial services compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or FFIEC is highly desirable.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Atlassian product experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, and zero-trust security principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Empathetic, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and commit to continuous skill development.
  • High attention to detail and a security-first approach.
