Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding transition.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand through clear communication of company values and culture.
  • Implement standardized processes for candidate communication, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Use applicant tracking systems to review candidate data, resumes, and contact information.
  • Conduct and coordinate candidate assessments using multiple interview and evaluation methods.
  • Use data analytics to track recruiting performance, identify gaps, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition within a high-growth organization.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Commitment to supporting a gender-balanced team; male candidates are actively encouraged to apply.
