Description

  • Own paid search and paid social strategy end to end, with a focus on CPA, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage paid media spend efficiently across channels and improve channel mix and performance over time.
  • Incorporate patient lifetime value into channel strategy, bidding decisions, and audience development.
  • Lead creative testing across the paid funnel in partnership with the Paid Media Designer.
  • Own attribution, tracking standards, and UTM discipline across paid channels, ensuring accurate measurement and data integrity.
  • Take ownership of the affiliate channel, optimizing performance, strengthening partner relationships, and scaling the program.
  • Work with affiliate partners and networks to identify new publisher opportunities and improve tracking and attribution.
  • Build and maintain a structured testing and experimentation programme with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
  • Produce regular performance reporting for the Marketing Director and senior stakeholders, explaining results and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth, Director of Acquisition, Head of Brand, and Head of Content on landing pages, search strategy, creative direction, and patient journeys.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, platforms, and third-party partners.
  • Lead and develop a small team, including a Paid Media Executive and Paid Media Designer.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing with deep expertise in paid search and paid social.
  • Proven experience managing significant budgets with a focus on CPA and measurable patient or customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of LTV and how to apply it to paid media strategy.
  • Experience combining paid channel data with site funnel insight to make fast, high-impact decisions.
  • Confidence with attribution modelling, tracking setup, and multi-touch measurement across paid channels.
  • A structured, disciplined approach to experimentation, including building and running test programmes.
  • Affiliate channel experience with a track record of optimizing and growing performance.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry is essential; healthcare or fintech experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear action for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing a small team.
  • Commercial mindset focused on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail across data, reporting, and execution.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on execution modes.
  • Strong technical knowledge across platforms, analytics tools, and AI.
  • Ability to stay current with platform updates and practitioner communities.
