Description

  • Launch and manage advertising campaigns across in-app ad networks such as AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, and Unity Ads.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily against performance metrics including CPA, CPI, IPM, ROAS, and retention.
  • Own the channel strategy end to end, including testing structures for creatives, audiences, and bidding approaches.
  • Focus campaign execution and scaling efforts primarily on Tier-1 markets, including the US and Western Europe.
  • Maintain campaign reporting and prepare regular performance updates.
  • Communicate directly with network account managers on launches, optimization, creative moderation, and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to request assets and provide feedback on creatives.
  • Report results in team syncs and run experiments with ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for mobile apps, including personally launching and managing campaigns.
  • Practical experience with at least one of AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, or Unity Ads at meaningful spend levels.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets from $100,000.
  • Understanding of programmatic and ad network buying principles, including bidding, auctions, and optimization events.
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics such as CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, IPM, and LTV.
  • Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Intermediate English level (B1+) for working with network interfaces and communicating with account managers.
  • Attention to detail and discipline in campaign structure and reporting.
  • Basic SQL knowledge or experience with BI tools such as Tableau or AppsFlyer is a plus.
  • Understanding of MMP tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust and attribution principles is a plus.
  • Interest in automating routine reporting and monitoring processes using AI tools is a plus.
