Description

  • Lead RSG’s recruiting and staffing function and establish scalable, effective recruiting processes.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with federal contracts, anticipated awards, and business-development pursuits.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from requisition development and sourcing through offers and onboarding coordination.
  • Lead recruiting for federal proposals, recompetes, contract transitions, and contingent hiring needs.
  • Partner with business development and proposal teams to recruit key personnel, subject-matter experts, and proposed staff.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines, recruiting networks, and an actionable candidate database.
  • Assess labor-category, education, experience, citizenship, and security-clearance requirements for contract roles.
  • Coordinate hiring activities with HR, contracts, security, program management, and external staffing partners.
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning, labor-market conditions, compensation competitiveness, and staffing risks.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide status reports, risk assessments, and process-improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of professional recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including significant federal government contracting experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Department of Defense and/or civilian federal agency contracts.
  • Experience recruiting professional, technical, management, and specialized personnel for federal contract positions.
  • Experience supporting federal proposals, contingent hiring, key-personnel recruitment, and contract-transition staffing.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and advising leaders on staffing and labor-market conditions.
  • Knowledge of federal contract labor categories, clearance eligibility, and contract-specific personnel requirements.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and candidate-sourcing technologies; strong attention to detail.
