Description

  • Partner with customers from contract assignment through the full onboarding experience.
  • Act as a trusted technical and operational collaborator to prepare customers for successful integrations.
  • Guide customers and their partners through integrating their first site and reaching go-live.
  • Provide training so customers can prepare for integrations and use Redox tools effectively.
  • Collaborate internally to manage onboarding, customer success plans, and escalations.
  • Maintain internal documentation for customers, processes, and onboarding activities.
  • Create onboarding collateral for use in the learning management system.
  • Stay current on product enhancements and monitor industry trends that affect customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge.
  • Functional understanding of data formats and standards such as HL7v2, XML, X12, and APIs.
  • Understanding of various healthcare workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience with expanding customers and building franchises, preferred.
  • Experience using Jira/Confluence.
  • Experience with Salesforce or customer management software.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and reside and work in the continental U.S.

  • Base salary range of $112,000 to $130,000 per year.
