Description

  • Own the full onboarding lifecycle for a high volume of restaurant partners from initial sale through go-live.
  • Analyze restaurant business needs and configure OpenTable Core and Basic applications to fit floor plans and guest flow.
  • Use internal AI assistants and automation tools to streamline data entry, training preparation, and administrative work.
  • Conduct remote training sessions for restaurant staff using phone and online tools.
  • Manage a dynamic implementation queue and meet or exceed time-to-onboard targets.
  • Coordinate deployment of the OpenTable booking widget and other technical integrations with staff and third-party providers.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Billing to resolve onboarding roadblocks.
  • Identify onboarding trends and contribute ideas to improve program content, workflows, and implementation playbooks.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in implementation, customer success, or a high-level hospitality management role.
  • Experience or proficiency using AI tools such as LLMs and automated workflow tools to improve productivity and work quality.
  • Experience training non-technical customers on software or technical products.
  • Strong proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Salesforce, or an equivalent CRM.
  • Good phone skills and strong tele-presence for training and implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent practical/professional certification (preferred).
  • Direct experience working in a restaurant environment such as Manager, Maitre D', or Lead Host (preferred).
  • Experience with web-based integrations or widget deployments (preferred).
  • Experience with software implementation, SaaS platforms, or POS systems (preferred).
