Description

  • Partner with enterprise and scaling customers to execute post-sale functions.
  • Act as a trusted collaborator to help deliver strong integration outcomes.
  • Collaborate internally to manage customer success plans and escalations.
  • Maintain internal documentation related to customers and operational processes.
  • Create customer-facing collateral that supports scale and adoption.
  • Stay current on product enhancements and share relevant updates with customers.
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends and assess how they affect customers.
  • Use healthcare, clinical workflow, and EHR knowledge to provide recommendations and direction.
  • Help customers expand their understanding and use of Redox and healthcare integration standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge.
  • Experience expanding customers and building franchises.
  • Functional understanding of HL7v2, XML, X12, and APIs.
  • Understanding of a variety of healthcare workflows.
  • Ability to proactively identify new solutions, scopes, and processes for customers.
  • Interest in working with ambiguous and changing responsibilities and initiatives.
  • Customer Success experience preferred.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Catalyst.
  • Must be based in the US and reside and work in the continental U.S.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to be employed in the U.S.

  • Base salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
