Description

  • Spearhead product positioning and core messaging for target buyers and customer segments.
  • Partner with Sales on active pipeline opportunities and join strategic deals to explain how Redox solutions meet customer needs.
  • Define the business case for new partnership integrations, including commercial models, revenue share structures, and adoption paths.
  • Work with Marketing on launch strategies, including content development and release planning.
  • Build and maintain field enablement materials such as battle cards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and demo narratives.
  • Own the full lifecycle of new connectivity and data enrichment products, from strategy and discovery through launch readiness and adoption.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Solution Engineering to align commercial intent with technical feasibility, development plans, and user experience.
  • Define and monitor KPIs using data analytics and user feedback to measure product success and guide strategy.
  • Track healthcare regulations and translate compliance deadlines into product investments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, ideally in healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated success bringing B2B SaaS products to market, including market segmentation, GTM strategy, and pipeline support.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills to explain complex issues clearly and drive progress in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic, long-term thinking.
  • Ability to build consensus and gain commitment across stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
  • Interest in upleveling product management practices and contributing to a strong product management culture.
  • Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards such as TEFCA, CMS rulemaking, 21st Century Cures, and FHIR R4/R5.
  • Must be eligible to be employed in the U.S. and reside and work in the continental U.S.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, Productboard, or similar tools.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare interoperability or related domain expertise.
