Description

  • Own the complete AI platform portfolio, including AI-enabled UX, AI agents, and AI in data processing.
  • Drive embedded AI features from internal alpha through production, including rollout criteria, prompt iteration, and success thresholds.
  • Define and maintain the AI investment framework, including KPIs, rollout criteria, cost guidelines, and the research agenda.
  • Manage beta relationships for agentic use cases across multiple customer segments.
  • Lead Redox's agentic product strategy, including the MCP Server foundation and roadmap for native agent support.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and the broader PM team to define Redox's AI-native platform direction.
  • Scope and drive platform features needed to unlock new use cases, channel partnerships, and enterprise commercial success.
  • Ensure complex infrastructure work, such as VPN configurations and multi-tenant patterns, is clearly scoped and aligned to commercial needs.
  • Partner with GTM and Customer Success to support vendor customer growth, expansion, and field enablement.
  • Equip sales and customer success teams to position Redox's AI platform story accurately.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, ideally in healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record shipping AI- or ML-powered features from internal alpha through production.
  • Experience defining rollout criteria, measuring success, and iterating on AI or ML features.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
  • Technical depth to discuss API design, architecture decisions, and infrastructure constraints with engineering.
  • Proven ability to improve product performance and customer value in a meaningful way.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills for complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic, long-term product thinking.
  • Ability to build consensus and gain commitment across stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
  • Experience with healthcare data, clinical workflows, or health IT systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MCP, agentic frameworks, or AI tooling for developers (preferred).
  • Experience evaluating AI cost/quality tradeoffs at scale, including latency, token cost, and accuracy (preferred).
  • Background at a healthcare interoperability company, EHR vendor, or health data platform (preferred).
  • Preferred tools include Jira, Confluence, Claude, Slack, Google suite, Productboard, and Pendo.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and reside and work in the continental U.S.
