Description

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology vacancies, from sourcing and outreach through offer coordination and onboarding readiness.
  • Source technical candidates using different tools and approaches to keep hiring processes efficient and effective.
  • Maintain close communication with applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and recruiting events.
  • Use an ATS and recruiting metrics to monitor performance and adjust tactics and action plans.
  • Protect and improve the candidate journey by providing a strong and consistent experience at every stage.
  • Support candidates during onboarding and ensure they are prepared for a smooth start.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of experience in IT recruiting, ideally across development, QA, usability, product, and management profiles.
  • Experience working in technology, preferably in software development services or consulting companies.
  • Proven ability to manage an average of 10 open searches in parallel.
  • Experience owning end-to-end recruiting processes, including strategic sourcing and full candidate lifecycle management.
  • Direct exposure to hiring managers in technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing as a key driver of efficient and successful hiring processes.
  • Experience using metrics and indicators to manage and improve recruiting performance.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Studies in Human Resources or a related field.
