Description

  • Assist in prospecting and acquiring new clients by aligning cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future’s solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, including renewals, upgrades, and cross-sells, and track them in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Customer Success, and other internal teams to ensure customers receive value from the company’s solutions.
  • Support outreach to prospective clients and help expand the customer pipeline.
  • Assist with solution demonstrations and sales presentations to communicate product value to prospective customers.
  • Work with channel partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Help develop and present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and objectives.
  • Assist in negotiations and support deal closing throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track sales activities, forecasts, and opportunity updates in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, ideally in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and sales, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 20% if needed (preferred).
