Description

  • Develop and own the site-level continuous improvement roadmap, with clear timelines, accountability, and validation of project outcomes.
  • Lead continuous improvement as a key partner to the site General Manager and align priorities with site operations.
  • Create visibility for continuous improvement work across the organization through a consistent review cadence and change management process.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar problem-solving methods to identify root causes, design solutions, and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Set, track, and report on KPIs for cost savings, throughput, speed, and quality improvements to senior leadership.
  • Partner with General Managers and functional leaders to size improvement opportunities and secure operational buy-in for implementation.
  • Design and deliver continuous improvement training and capability-building programs for operations leaders and frontline teams.
  • Lead change management efforts for major initiatives to ensure long-term adoption rather than one-time fixes.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the CI function and the Process Excellence team to update documentation and governance.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure impact, and surface performance gaps across facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role directly managing continuous improvement or operational improvement programs.
  • Demonstrated experience building continuous improvement functions or programs with measurable financial and operational impact.
  • Deep proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies; Black Belt certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, distribution center, or high-volume logistics environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large operational datasets using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Metabase, Tableau, or similar.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority across a complex, multi-site, cross-functional organization.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to present roadmaps and outcomes to operational and senior leadership audiences.
  • Experience building and running a continuous improvement cadence and process from scratch in a high-growth, operationally complex environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WMS and the ability to use system data directly in improvement work is a plus.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving commercial, analytics, product development, and operations is a plus.
