Description

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients.
  • Guide clients in using the platform and lead initial onboarding.
  • Train clients and monitor product adoption over time.
  • Improve client retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Handle client requests, feedback, and support activities.
  • Keep the CRM updated, produce reporting, and coordinate with Sales.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and customer experience enhancements.
  • Identify growth and loyalty opportunities within the managed portfolio.
  • Maintain regular client contact, including at least 5 calls per day lasting more than 5 minutes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio autonomously.
  • A real estate background is a plus.
  • Willingness to work as an independent freelancer or create independent contractor status.
  • Ability to maintain high client engagement and support revenue retention.
  • Comfort with a performance-based environment focused on portfolio results.
