Description

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Portuguese market.
  • Adapt positioning, pricing, and messaging to fit local market needs.
  • Identify early adopters and strategic accounts to build initial traction.
  • Personally drive sales and close early business before the team is fully built.
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Design and optimize the sales process and define KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Hire, train, and lead a local commercial team including SDRs, BDRs, and CSMs.
  • Develop team leaders as the organization scales and build a high-performance commercial culture.
  • Own the local P&L, including budget management, resource allocation, and margin targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with HQ teams across marketing, product, and finance.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in SaaS, digital products, or tech sales.
  • Experience launching or scaling a market or business unit.
  • Experience building and managing sales teams, including SDRs, closers, and CSMs.
  • Experience owning revenue targets, ideally with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong commercial mindset and a results-driven approach.
  • Comfort selling directly before building a team.
  • Analytical and financially literate, with the ability to understand P&L.
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity and fast growth.
  • Fluent or native Portuguese and fluent English.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
  • A network in the real estate agency market is a plus.
