Description

  • Drive revenue performance and sales execution through customer interactions and team coaching.
  • Lead and manage service advisors and technicians to maintain performance, accountability, and productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance and margin management to balance growth with cost control and efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end team performance, including hiring, training, coaching, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Improve operational efficiency and customer throughput through effective workflows, staffing, and productivity management.
  • Engage directly with customers to build trust, resolve concerns, and deliver a strong service experience.
  • Use operational metrics and performance data to improve productivity, sales execution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage technology and operational systems to track performance and maintain consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment with responsibility for performance and accountability.
  • Strong sales leadership experience, including coaching teams to improve revenue, conversion rates, or customer spend.
  • Experience managing employee performance, including hiring, coaching, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Operational decision-making experience with a record of improving efficiency, productivity, or service throughput.
  • Strong customer communication skills and the ability to build trust and confidently recommend services or solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment balancing leadership, operations, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms for operations and performance management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead and in tight spaces, and stand or walk for most of the workday.
  • Ability to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required; experience from retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries is welcome.

Benefits

  • $70,000 - $80,000 base salary.
  • $15,000 - $20,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 3% gross profit share.
