Description

  • Support and manage talent procurement for public relations, advertising, digital, and paid and organic influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Identify in-culture opportunities and vet potential talent and partnership ideas for clients.
  • Build relationships with agents, managers, publicists, and other talent representatives for castings, giftings, event sponsorships, and related opportunities.
  • Develop client-ready materials such as casting sheets, scopes of work, creative briefs, recaps, and presentation decks.
  • Draft formal offers and negotiate agreements for paid campaigns, events, music video integrations, and similar activations.
  • Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, including content management, logistics for shoots, and approvals of campaign materials.
  • Brief partners on campaign guidelines and monitor execution to ensure requirements are met.
  • Serve as a project lead and communicate directly with clients, providing strategic recommendations and point of view.
  • Monitor sports and entertainment news, social media, blogs, and broadcasts to surface opportunities and relevant information.
  • Manage payment packages, data entry, and database updates using tools such as CreatorIQ and Airtable.
  • Mentor junior staff and oversee workflow and work product.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience, preferably in an agency or client service role and/or with a healthcare or wellness brand.
  • Strong passion and curiosity for pop culture, entertainment, and the pharmaceutical space, including women’s health, aesthetics, oncology, and related areas.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Instagram and other relevant social platforms for influencer content.
  • Creative writing and content development skills for influencer and client-facing materials.
  • Experience mentoring junior teammates.
  • Experience working with brands, PR and advertising agencies, influencers, celebrities, agents, managers, and publicists.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, remain flexible and self-motivated, and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred: experience with healthcare or wellness brands.
