Description

  • Serve as the client’s day-to-day contact, providing status updates, answering questions, and sharing recommendations.
  • Manage client expectations on timelines, scope, and project planning.
  • Take client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal team members.
  • Oversee account operations, including internal meetings, workflow, task delegation, and status tracking.
  • Own and ensure delivery of medium and large client projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and barriers to the account lead and propose solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of client priorities, program strategy, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing programs and contribute new ideas to the team and client.
  • Support new business efforts, including research, credentials development, and pitch presentations.
  • Assist with account financial management and maintain a working understanding of account finances.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of prior experience in healthcare agency client services, with medical affairs, publications, and/or medical information experience.
  • BA or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate as part of a team, and operate under tight deadlines.
  • Professional client-facing presence with strong urgency and service orientation.
  • Ability to manage upward and communicate risks or missed deadlines early.
  • Experience developing client relationships and networking.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of project and account objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Veeva management and/or iEnvision experience preferred but not required.
