Description

  • Lead multiple concurrent consulting engagements using health claims and real-world data to address client needs.
  • Translate sold engagements into detailed directions for the operations team and manage ongoing project delivery.
  • Serve as a primary client contact and maintain proactive communication across client, sales, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Design and develop strategies, methodologies, and solutions for advertising, communications, medical, media, and commercial clients.
  • Facilitate project communication needs across external clients and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain delivery timelines and manage scope across a portfolio of client engagements.
  • Conduct quality control and pressure-test analysis outputs using desk research and experiential logic.
  • Derive insights and build PowerPoint narratives from secondary claims data for internal and external presentations.
  • Identify and qualify client opportunities, supporting sales teams in pursuing new business.
  • Develop sales support materials, pitch materials, and presentations that translate client problems into solution proposals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience using real-world data to develop and implement cross-functional solutions in large organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced degree strongly preferred, such as an MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, or equivalent.
  • Background in economics, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, health services research, business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building productized solutions using real-world data for advertising, communications, medical, media, and commercial clients.
  • Strong project or program leadership experience managing complex, multi-workstream engagements.
  • Experience ensuring scientific and editorial quality across deliverables.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to craft clear narratives from technical analyses.
  • Experience working with or at agencies is critical to success.
