Description

  • Provide production support for the account team across programmatic campaigns.
  • Run and format performance reports for internal and client use.
  • Manage creative trafficking, tagging, campaign builds, and campaign uploads.
  • Support QA for campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting accuracy.
  • Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations by taking notes and tracking follow-ups.
  • Monitor daily budget pacing and performance, flagging anomalies or variations.
  • Pull, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and create client reporting summaries.
  • Create and edit campaigns and audiences in DSPs with oversight and mentorship.
  • Develop activation strategy suggestions around campaign structure, audiences, parameters, and ads.
  • Complete scheduled and ad hoc tasks assigned by managers or colleagues.

Requirements

  • 0–6 months of programmatic marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using spreadsheet functions such as sorting, filters, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, pivot tables, text to columns, and conditional formatting.
  • Ability to understand and calculate media metrics and optimization levers.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks on time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, Walmart, Criteo, and Roundel, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with Pacvue or other automation tools for reporting and alerts (preferred).
  • An energetic, hands-on, self-starting mindset with an interest in staying current on marketing trends (preferred).
