Description

  • Define and evolve the paid media strategy aligned to revenue targets and GTM goals.
  • Develop annual and quarterly acquisition plans tied to pipeline and CAC goals.
  • Lead the testing roadmap across creative, audience, bidding, and messaging.
  • Own paid contribution to MQAs, SALs, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Forecast spend, performance, and ROI across paid media programs.
  • Identify scaling opportunities and efficiency gains across channels.
  • Own agency relationships, performance benchmarks, and accountability.
  • Establish performance KPIs and reporting cadence for agencies and vendors.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer, RevOps, Brand, and Content teams to align on pipeline quality, messaging, and revenue outcomes.
  • Build dashboards, attribution insights, and executive-ready performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with a documented history of hitting CAC and ROI targets.
  • Experience managing six- or seven-figure media budgets across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on experience with channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, CTV, directories, and ABM platforms.
  • Experience with 6sense is a major plus.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, multi-touch attribution, and complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in forecasting performance and modeling CAC/LTV.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics to optimize spend.
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into clear, executive-ready reporting.
  • Experience managing agency and vendor partners and holding them accountable.
  • A test-and-learn mindset and willingness to explore and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily work.
