Description

  • Support new business opportunities by taking notes and helping plan meetings for the Account Director.
  • Take detailed notes during internal and client-facing meetings and send prompt recaps for review and routing.
  • Request, collect, and file project resources such as client materials, creative briefs, and project plans.
  • Learn and implement client SOPs across milestone delivery, review periods, and MLR submissions.
  • Track client review and submission schedules and project deadlines to help the team stay on time.
  • Support the project manager in collecting, tracking, and compiling internal and external feedback on milestone deliverables.
  • Create billable job codes and support revenue recognition processes.
  • Collaborate across the account team and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Provide solution-oriented feedback to supervisors, leadership, and teammates.
  • Manage client expectations and agency resources from project inception through completion.
  • Serve as a brand champion and help articulate the strategy and core communication platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized self-starter who can work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with comfort adjusting scope, responsibilities, and focus as the business evolves.
  • Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills.
  • Interest in working with data.
  • Initiative to seek training on company processes and procedures.
  • Innovative thinker and creative problem solver.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Hybrid work arrangement based in one of Real Chemistry’s U.S. offices or remotely within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.
