Description

  • Support the Account Director on new business opportunities by taking notes and helping plan meetings.
  • Take detailed notes during internal and client-facing meetings and send timely recaps for review and routing.
  • Collect, organize, and file project resources such as client materials, creative briefs, and project plans.
  • Learn and apply client SOPs across milestone delivery, review periods, and MLR submissions.
  • Track client review and submission schedules and support the team in meeting project deadlines.
  • Help collect, track, and compile internal and external feedback on milestone deliverables.
  • Drive creation of billable job codes.
  • Work with PMs and account leadership to monitor project burn against budget and communicate updates.
  • Support monthly revenue recognition meetings by shadowing and assisting the Account Lead.
  • Collaborate across the team, help ensure procedures are followed, and provide solution-oriented feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience interacting with brands and agencies.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Creative, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and proactive with strong prioritization skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with comfort adjusting scope and responsibilities as business needs change.
  • Interest in data-driven work and willingness to dive into the data.
