Description

  • Estimate and manage budgets for new project briefs, ranging from $1K to $1M, with the Executive Producer.
  • Oversee end-to-end production logistics, including labor, equipment, locations, casting, permits, transportation, lodging, catering, scheduling, and media delivery.
  • Apply agency producing expertise, including triple bidding, to secure the best value and quality for each project.
  • Maintain a network of production companies and post houses for pre-production and post-production needs.
  • Coordinate post-production with internal directors, editors, animators, audio engineers, and external facilities as needed.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting creative standards.
  • Identify and resolve production challenges in pre-production and post-production in collaboration with the Executive Producer.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and crew to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver project briefings to agency staff and production crews before shoot days.
  • Manage vendor billing and payment documentation in partnership with the Business Affairs team.
  • Attend shoots in person as required, including domestic and potential international travel.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in the production industry, with a strong emphasis on line and agency producing and triple bidding.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of video production equipment and technical specifications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and negotiate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Box, Frame.io, Highland Talent, and Workfront.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SAG and union productions is preferred.
  • A proactive mindset with sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Interest in innovation and responsible AI adoption is preferred.
