Description

  • Build and maintain productive working relationships that support agency success.
  • Lead complex, broad-based workstreams across client accounts.
  • Serve as a diplomatic internal and external face of the brand and a trusted client advisor.
  • Develop and align key agency and client documents, including project briefs and creative briefs.
  • Read and interpret analytics, metrics, KPIs, and brand performance data to inform decisions.
  • Negotiate scope, priorities, and solutions to meet client needs while managing agency resources effectively.
  • Identify new business or campaign opportunities based on customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Lead by example and provide ongoing leadership as a role model for the team.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver smart, effective, integrated solutions.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor team members while setting clear expectations and supporting their development.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of advertising experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Experience in pharma and DTC marketing.
  • Experience developing social and digital assets.
  • Experience with website development.
  • Experience overseeing data reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with CTV development and production.
  • Black box experience.
  • Financial oversight experience.
  • Strong marketing communications experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role based in one of the listed US offices or remotely within the US, depending on business needs.
