Description

  • Identify new DeFi protocols and evaluate economic and smart-contract risks.
  • Conduct deep technical due diligence on new chains, platforms, and vault architectures.
  • Manage relationships with asset issuers and other external counterparties.
  • Design and maintain Python and TypeScript bots for rebalancing and automation across DeFi vaults.
  • Plan, build, and execute complex on-chain transactions, including cross-chain bridges, staking loops, and liquidity migrations.
  • Integrate new chains and restaking operators or networks with internal data pipelines.
  • Partner with Re7 Technology, Portfolio Management, and the broader DeFi Labs team on product expansion and automation opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding and management of clients for on-chain vaults.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in DeFi, quant trading, or crypto fund operations.
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
  • Understanding of Solidity.
  • Demonstrated experience designing automated vault logic or keeper networks.
  • Skilled in executing and troubleshooting complex on-chain transactions.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with strong organisation, time management, and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • University graduate.
  • Ability to work remotely within approximately 3 hours of CET time zone, ideally.
  • UK visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.
