Description

  • Build and maintain AI-powered verification systems, including agent-run test harnesses, LLM graders, regression coverage, and automated release gates.
  • Own release engineering across CI health, artifact publication, deployment pipelines, and staging and demo environments.
  • Eliminate silent test skips and build fresh-install and upgrade verification workflows.
  • Convert escaped defects into permanent regression tests.
  • Expand natural-language user acceptance testing executed by coding agents.
  • Own release candidates, artifact publication, and release-readiness evidence.
  • Automate management of credentials and certificates.
  • Document and communicate operating practices through runbooks, dashboards, retrospectives, and policies.

Requirements

  • 7–15 years of experience in quality engineering, release engineering, platform engineering, developer productivity, SDET-adjacent engineering, or a similar software role.
  • Production-quality Python development and strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Deep experience with GitHub Actions or an equivalent CI system.
  • Practical experience and sound judgment with LLM-driven and agent-driven verification.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, cloud deployment mechanics, secrets, credentials, and certificates.
  • Strong ownership and clear technical communication.
  • Full work authorization in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship and transfer support are unavailable.
  • Experience with TypeScript, Snowflake Native Apps, Playwright, LLM-as-judge or grader design, nondeterministic system testing, or startup quality infrastructure preferred.
