Description

  • Own the employee technology experience end to end in a primarily Mac environment and eliminate recurring issues.
  • Manage the full MacBook fleet, including procurement, provisioning, inventory, hardware refresh, and decommissioning.
  • Own MDM and zero-touch provisioning so new devices configure automatically on first boot.
  • Administer Okta identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, MFA, SSO integrations, Okta Workflows, and secrets management.
  • Administer the core SaaS stack, automate user lifecycle management through APIs, and track licenses and spend.
  • Run onboarding and offboarding workflows so new hires are ready on day one and departing employees are cleanly deprovisioned.
  • Monitor device health and access patterns, build self-healing scripts, and solve recurring issues permanently through automation.
  • Maintain security baselines, build an AI-powered self-service knowledge base, and own IT runbooks and internal communications.
  • Co-manage secure network access tools and network/firewall policies with the Infrastructure team.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of IT experience at a technology company.
  • Hands-on MDM experience managing a MacOS fleet with Kandji, FleetDM, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager and zero-touch provisioning.
  • Solid Okta administration experience, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Workflows, and SCIM provisioning across SaaS tools.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills with Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience administering a secrets management platform such as 1Password or Infisical.
  • Proficiency with the Google Workspace admin console, APIs, and Jira.
  • Familiarity with secure network access platforms such as Cloudflare Access or iBoss.
  • Strong network troubleshooting skills, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience running a ticketing system such as Zendesk or Jira Service Management.
