Description

  • Develop and improve products in the Customer Experience domain.
  • Collaborate with the product team on technical decisions and feature development.
  • Build modern scalable solutions with a focus on architecture, UX, and performance.
  • Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain and apply a structured, documentation-driven working approach.
  • Work independently while coordinating closely with the team.
  • Propose technical improvements in a clear and well-argued manner.
  • Take ownership of decisions and outcomes in the development process.
  • Contribute to product and engineering team growth through initiative and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Experience in system or network administration.
  • Strong understanding of computer networks and network protocols.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and Mikrotik.
  • Understanding of Azure AD (Microsoft Entra).
  • Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and macOS workstations.
  • Ability to analyze problems and find effective technical solutions.
  • Comfort working both autonomously and in a team.
  • English level B1 (Intermediate+) for documentation and communication.
  • Willingness to take ownership, show initiative, and grow with the product and engineering team.
