Description

  • Provide daily support for ServiceNow, including incident management, change management, and service catalog tasks.
  • Create and maintain user roles and user access in ServiceNow.
  • Develop systems and program specifications, test criteria, and project control for new functionality, enhancements, or defect resolution.
  • Coordinate installation, testing, and maintenance of ServiceNow upgrades and service packs.
  • Collaborate with service managers to define customer objectives for ServiceNow.
  • Research system and program issues to identify causes of failure or poor operational performance.
  • Follow documentation to implement integrations and related solutions.
  • Support additional innovative technology projects within the Applications team.
  • Coordinate and implement requirements using ServiceNow low-code or no-code functionality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of ServiceNow administration experience required.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or 1+ year of ServiceNow administration experience required.
  • Ability to learn new systems and skills quickly.
  • Ability to work directly with customers to triage issues, troubleshoot, research solutions, gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide training.
  • Willingness to collaborate with development team members.
  • Understanding of Azure Provisioning and SSO, general systems integrations, and databases.
  • Technical understanding of ServiceNow service management operations and how it interfaces with ITIL processes, IT, and business functions.
  • Must be located in the United States for this fully remote role.
