Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Cribl’s Workday system, including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and integrations.
  • Lead configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and health monitoring of Workday components.
  • Lead and document business process discovery sessions to help define the Workday roadmap.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, IT, and Finance to translate business and reporting needs into Workday solutions.
  • Develop and maintain secure integrations between Workday and internal and external systems.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, security role management, compliance support, and issue resolution.
  • Track, triage, and resolve defects related to access, business processes, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations, integrations, and business processes.
  • Support Workday updates, enhancements, and new feature adoption.
  • Train and support end users on Workday access, reporting, and functionality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or HRIS management, including at least 3 years as a hands-on Workday administrator or lead.
  • Deep expertise in Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Time, data governance, and integrations.
  • Experience with Workday business process mapping, system design, current-state/future-state documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency configuring Workday modules, maintaining security roles and permissions, and supporting audits/compliance.
  • Experience with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Studio, and APIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage projects, and deliver in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
  • Workday certification.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis.
  • Understanding of security and compliance considerations related to HRIS and data sharing.
  • Prior experience scaling People systems in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside standard hours across multiple time zones.
  • Interest in the data space.

  • Base salary range of $99,000 to $155,000 USD, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
