Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across Engineering, Corporate, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Design and implement structured interview processes to support fair and consistent candidate evaluation.
  • Coach hiring managers on behavior-based interviewing techniques.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, technical aptitude, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and closing.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across hiring strategies and practices.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions, including engineering, corporate, and/or GTM roles.
  • Experience recruiting both technical/engineering roles and business-facing functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, such as Greenhouse, and HR tech tools.
  • Experience using data and analytics to improve recruiting performance and hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions.
  • Growth mindset and adaptability to shift priorities as needed.
  • Passion for DEI hiring initiatives and improving candidate experience.
  • Experience in early-stage startups, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment agency environment is preferred.
