Description

  • Source and recruit candidates using the ATS, social media, job boards, networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Commercial Real Estate divisions for current and future openings.
  • Develop, update, and document job descriptions, job specifications, requirements, and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post openings to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Provide analytical, well-documented recruiting reports to the Head of Talent.
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a strong place to work.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
  • Experience recruiting Commercial Real Estate Property Managers is required.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and interviewing.
  • Ability to conduct multiple interview formats, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
  • Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks.
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers, including work samples, in-tray activities, and psychometric or IQ/EQ tests.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and HRIS or HRMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to recruit for roles primarily in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Background check and proof of eligibility to work in the United States are required for employment.
